Anyone deal with Sticky Pods?

Thinking about getting that. I saw from the site that TacoBill has one, and I watched his movie and enjoyed it.
Thoughts?

Hey Guys - TacoBill asked me to chime in so here I am!
Yep, I've used a StickyPod many different times (for videos, pics of the mustang) with great results. I'm thinking of picking up the 3 suction cup version soon actually, as I find the 4 suction cup version a little bit limiting for certain angles on the car (i.e. sticking to rear 1/4 window, across front bumper), and also it'll be easier for my motorcycle. The 4 cup mount is ideal for using on bigger surfaces and perhaps at high high speeds (which I don't really use it for) - hood, trunk lid, roof, door etc.
I've taken some really cool shots (see below) - for those I was only going about 10mph or slower, using my really crappy old camera (can't wait to try my new one this spring!) and with no knowledge of shutter speed, lighting or anything else. All I did was use a 10 second timer, turned the flash off, ran around to jump in and just guessed when it would go off (tested out turning wheels and whatnot). I've never had it fall off the car even when I used my heavier camcorder for video.
I would recommend getting the package that has the extra single suction cup - if you have a really light camera, you could probably use it on it's own and really go crazy on your angles and such. Also, the optional longer extension is cool as it gives you some flexibility.
Anyways, have fun!
EDIT: Darn TMS! After this thread, I went to the SP website and bought a My Sticky Pod (3 cup version), a spare suction cup and the 6" extension. I have another knuckle at home so I didn't bother getting the full dash cam kit that comes with two. Can't wait for spring!!

1) Set your camera to fully automatic SHUTTER PRIORITY mode. This will enable you to select a longer shutter speed capable of recording motion, yet retain the fully automatic function.
2) If you have a good flash, use it. If it is dedicated to the camera, try setting it to slow synchronization or second curtain synchronization. Those settings enable you to have a longer shutter speed (say between one and 10 seconds) while also allowing the flash to fire. Firing the flash will freeze much of the foreground (depending upon the depth of field and flash range), while the background will "streak." More accurately, the result is a trailing effect with the surrounding ambient lighting (i.e. streetlights, other cars' tailights). Do some lighting tests in the area in which you intend to drive to determine if you might need a neutral density filter. A neutral density filter - when placed in front of your lens - reduces the amount of incoming light and enables you to consequently set a longer shutter speed exposure, which will give you the streaked lighting effect.
You'll find some good basic info on these techniques here.
I doubt the suction cups will stick to any dash (unless its metal), but you only need to get creative with your accessories to secure it on the dash.
Or, they sell a Dash Cam kit that has it all.
