I bought Koni Yellow shocks from Strano's back at the beginning of April when they were on sale. Sam told me they were on backorder and would probably be a month. Well, it's over two months later and I still haven't heard anything. Not even if they're still on backorder. I've left them messages that they never return (yeah I know they're busy but this is rediculous).

Anyone else in this situation?

Cool, thanks! Well, given that I put money down (full cost) back in April, there had better be a set with my name on it. Seems to me like Sam needs to hire some help to deal with the workload.

 

I thought he didn't bill until they shipped.

 

Special situation with backorders. Because they were on backorder, he said if I wanted, I could put money down I would have a set reserved, i.e. I would be next in line with everyone else that paid ahead of time. What I don't know is how many people ahead of me put money down or when he finally started getting some in stock.

 

So I had to go into work today for a few hours and had a voicemail from FedEx (that had been left on Friday after I went home) with a tracking number and an expected delivery of Saturday. The package never came on Saturday, but I think thats probably due to the derecho (big-a s s thunderstorm) knocking out half the power in the Mid-Atlantic. I gave Strano that phone number when I ordered. Coincidence?

Figures as soon as I post, FedEx makes me look like an asshat.
