Are there any weak points in the engine now? I mean thiunsg that would have to be replaced when doing FI on 9-12 psi.
I know that in the 350z, the Rods are the weak link, what is it for the stang?

I think its too early to know. Its the first time they've used this setup, so we'll see.
At SEMA, watch what is announced and how it works, that will give you a clue as to what they are designing both with and around.

Pistons as usual will be weak for supercharging. Im not bothering other then getting the most out of the motor NA through tune, pullies, gears, and breathing, some tranny mods if I go auto. It seems more 'pure' that way. The same thing will happen with the supercharged SVT, it will be uncatchable for the money with the mods you would have to do with the GT motor, and the next SVT 5.4 will have TONS of room for mods, so its pointless, why end up spending more and always having less. Just get these cars to groove and leave it at that.
