When I bought my first mustang 2 years ago, I wanted a stick shift but couldn't fit into one being 6'4". My question is whether or not the new 05 will have more leg room upfront for us taller people.

Thanks in advance

By the way this is the first time I've posted on the site and I must say it is the best mustang site I"ve seen in a long time. :worship:

We'll know that for sure within about a month. The brochure should also be out in a few weeks tops.

Dan, thanks for offering to seek answers to our questions. I've got a few:

Will the convertible have automatic latching?

What are the differences between the Shaker 500 and 1000 stereos?

Can MP3's be played with either or both?

Will a remote start accessory be offered?

Will A-Plan and X-Plan buys be offered?

Really? I'm a little over 6'3" and I have no complaints in my stang

Will there be a Shelby Cobra AND a SVT Cobra OR just one of the two?

No problem.

Let me attempt these:

1. I don't think you will see auto-latching on the new stang.

2. Check this out for a start: http://media.ford.com/article_displa...ticle_id=18057

3. See above....there is a 6 disc MP3 capable CD changer which means you can theoretically have around 1200 songs in your player at one time.

4. I think Ford offers a remote starter through their accessory catalog but I'm really not sure about this....I checked and I can't seem to find it

Depends on how much of you is torso. I'm almost 6'2" and my head almost touches the ceiling. I also don't like to have my seat reclined so much that you can see my head through the rear quarter window.

Crazy...we don't know about SVT/Shebly plans as of yet, sorry.

"Stanger drives 05 into wall at raceway trying to figure out how to set colour configurable instrument cluster for his friends on a website"
