I live on long isalnd and my car on order has not come in. They said is was built on 10/11/2004 and it was supposed to arrive the week of 10/21. My sales man said that that he put it in a priority code 10 back in august......so I guess I will just have to play the waiting game.....

I called Suddard (sp?) Ford in Wareham and the had one a couple days ago but it went fast. I have gone around to a couple dealerships and still haven't seen one in person. Might make a trip later today to check out a few more places.

Gladstone Ford in Londonderry NH had (Friday) a White V6 and Torch Red GT (with Red leather and Shaker 1000).
Best Ford in Nashua called me to let me know they got a "black one" in.
Apparently there is a Black GT at Townsend Ford in Townsend MA.

This showed me the cars at Gladstone several days before they actually arrived; so you'll obviously want to follow up withphone calls.

They have arrived! Rizzo Ford (Providence, RI) has a GT, color yellow on the lot, it sold in less than 30 minutes at sticker. What a car, the Mustang has to be seen in person to really be appreciated. It's hot!
Tasca Ford (Cranston, RI) had a GT, color black this weekend and it was sold over the telephone. The car is being shipped to Idaho (Whooo!).
Rodman Ford in Foxboro, MA has a GT, color silver on the lot; it's sold.

I just cruised by Drum Hill Ford in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. There was a black GT with red interior! Very mean and sexy looking. They were asking $2,500 above MSRP.
So, the '05s are starting to arrive in my area. Maybe mine will show up soon.

Okay, now I'm really getting impatient! I called around to about half a dozen dealers in the area and all but one has an '05. Where the heck is mine, you guys?

With the winter just around the corner, I don't think dealers are going to have much in stock until early spring. Not many people are going to be looking to buy one when there is a bunch of snow on the ground.

Somebody on StangNet said that Hoffman Ford in East Hartford CT has a Black GT.
They have added on $595 for paint sealant (rip off) and $3K for market adjust.
Sometimes I think dealers are their own worst enemies.

They had not removed the covers from the GT's seats yet. These are amazing cars up close. They really do look better than their pictures. They look tightly screwed together & solid. Seams all align perfectly and the exhaust tips are centered. Most obvious is the absolutely glass-smooth paint. Awesome. The GT looks in motion even when it's standing still.
The white V6, with its stark black empty grill and no spoiler, looks unfinished in comparison to the GT. Foglights and the spoiler really make a difference in the appearance of these cars. I slao thought the spinner wheels on the V6 were a bit over the top. Somehow I'm reminded of the vinyl chicken decals on '80's Trans Ams. They're just a bit much for the mission of the V6.
Sticker on the GT Deluxe w/Shaker 1000 and IUP was $29,120. The V6 was just north of 21,000. I didn't see anything that said "Market Adjustment".
I have friends in Mass. reporting sightings.
They're trickling in, folks!
