What state are you froM and did you get a GT or V6??

 

I imagine there will be very few owners, but a lot of people like me that would love to be owners if Ford would ever get it together.

 

My GT Convertible has been built and is on its way to NJ. I guess I will be one of the first in NJ to get a Convertible! Who else has one built or delivered? BTW: I ordered IUP so that option is not why people are not getting their cars! Alot of people are told that the IUP is the holdup.

I ordered a GT Convertible EOM Jan through ENCS (OMCS), torch red with charcoal leather, and it will be shipped to Germany where I'm stationed but don't have a build date yet. Ordered most options except for red leather interior, machined wheels and shaker 1000 radio system.

order mine 2/16 got a vin2/24 and date to start build 3/14 $29033.77 hope to get it the end off march/ frist week of april...

My was built this past Wednesday, talking to the dealer is should be here March 11th!

 

I ordered a Redfire V6 vert, premium, IUP, side airbags, traction control, antilock brakes, etc. this afternoon. Was told 4 months.
Who really knows?

 

My vert just got scheduled! I got my VIN (1ZVFT85H455189810), and a build date the week of 3/21, my dealer didn't give the exact date <_<.

I could be driving it mid-April now, the earliest my dealer predicted!

So does the VIN indicate when it will be built or is it just incremented as cars are scheduled? And if so, is anyone else close to mine?
I haven't attempted to get the DORA or dealer code to try to verify my schedule info. Maybe now that I can see the light at the end , I should introduce myself to the infamous robot lady. :robotlady:

 

T85 (convertible GT) Silver with IUP and Red Color Accent. Ordered Feb.3. Ford Robot Lady says it is "clean and unscheduled. It has not been serialized."



My dealer keeps saying that "it only takes about a month" from the time they pick up the order. He says "probably April." I figure I will be lucky to get it this summer.

 

V6 Premium Vert, white, black top, ICAP and IUP....she is on a convoy carrier now and headed to Florida!

 

Been sitting at the ramp since February 27 (Newark, NJ). Should be at my dealer any day now.

 

This morning there was a black GT Vert sitting in a space at IHOP. It filled me up with jealous rage. I was hoping I'd see the owner so I could ask him when he ordered it and from what dealer but I didn't run into him. At least my family got to see what they're waiting for.

Ok......I'm new here! But this was the only site I could find on the internet that seemed to have all the information I wanted on the '05 Mustang convertible...! We ordered and were promised (Oh I hope so!) in April to the latest May. A...
V8, GT, Premium '05 Torch Red Mustang Convertible, Automatic, black top, Shaker 1000, Interior Color Accent and Interior Upgrade Package. We are giving it to my daughter for graduation. Did we do right?!?
