Saw three 05 Mustangs in Brunswick/Jacksonville with scratches on their tinted windows. They had no idea why!!!! I o0rdered your kit - the shop installed and tinted the windows -- absolutely no scratches - been a month now. Stylin' FX in Kingsland, GA was great. Can't thank you and the forum for the help!!! Keep up the good work.

I think thanksgiving is really slowing things down. I have a couples of things coming from Orlando and they won't be here until Tuesday! We are located in the Boca Raton area!

Package arrived today w/ detailed instructions.

I'll be applying sometime in the next week or two, after I gather the required materials, and find a time where I can afford to not lower my windows for 12 hours.

The true test will be during the summer here in Phoenix...120* heat is not quite friendly to adhesive products.

 

Mine arrived today, along with the touch up paint I ordered from Express Paint. I will be installing the skins tomorrow.

Just put my order in. About to do tinting so great timing.

 

Installed in about 45 minutes. I did trim the strips down from the 1" to a 3/4" width.

 

I just bought an '05 V6 and an '05 GT. The V6 in Phoenix and it did not have any aftermarket tint (hard to believe for Phx) and the GT in Safford, AZ. The GT had tint and I've NEVER seen such scratched up film on any car in my life. Now I know why. Two sets ordered..!!

Package got here quickly. I was a tiny bit disappointed that the material doesn't come in the right width and requires cutting down, but the instructions look quite good so in the end it's a good value

 

Just wanted to post and say that I ordered mine about a week ago and already received them.

Can't wait to get my windows tinted.

 

Have had the mole skin for more than two months now -- still no scratches. Seems to me that it works. Talked with a fellow Mustanger in KIngsland, Ga today. His friend has an 06 that also has scratches. One would think Ford would get the message!!! Oh Well, Thank goodness for Automoleskin.com. Use them or lose!!!!!

 

I did mine for less than ten including shipping. Do a search.

You probably bought generic felt that will fall off and leave glue marks on your tint in a few months.

To each is own. We make our MoleSkin JUST for this purpose.

You can buy felt for less but it won't last long.
