Altered DORA..Now have new FEE!

I added the 64E to my order because the dealer never put it on the first one. When I got the 2nd dora their was a FDAF ASSESSMENT fee of 312.00 that was not on the first one. WHATS THIS? ( I'll pay it anyway 
)

Ford Dealer Advertising Fee... or something like that. It's legit, and we've all paid it.
It's a fee that FoMoCo charges the dealers. And since the DORA is 'their' paperwork, it's on there. If at first you got a VOC, then it probably was not on there.
