Here in the Detroit area the Woodward Dream Cruise attracts the largest congregation of classics & hotrods in the state. This will be #11. Who will be attending and where do you plan on locating on Saturday? I plan on starting the day down at the south end at Woodward &9 mile at about 9:00 A.M.and then spending the afternoon in Pontiac. I will be in a WB GT with Silver GT stripes. If you see me stop over.

I wish I planned the trip to go... maybe next year

 

I am volunteering for Mustang Alley and will have an afternoon time slot for overall parking management. Don't know the details of the assignment until tomorrow.

I just came back from some Woodward pre-crusing tonight. Let me tell you how amazing it was for a Tuesday night. Essentially 4 lanes wide, both directions, from around 12 mile in Royal Oak to Birmingham were packed, with tons of viewers camped out roadside.

The weekend is going to be crazy! Car lovers, ENJOY!

 

saweet---may have to get my cruise on Thursday---311 concert tomorrow night---i will be at mustang alley---around 9:30 or so--Satin Silver Metallic GT w/Black drop-----and some Borla Catback love---

 

Every year... it's the 3rd weekend of August.

Unofficially.. it's the month of August

I was at the 311 concert myself! We shoulda met up..but man, that was a sweet concert, 3rd time seeing them.. In any case, this weekend I will DEFINITELY be on woodward with my '05 sonic GT...because I'm picking it up from the body shop around 5. If anyone remembers, (See pic), 2 days after picking up my car from the dealer some 17 yr old girl hit me (200 miles on the car)...after a week and a half of crying, waiting for a new front facia and hood to be painted, and more crying...its FINALLY done tomorrow. It feels like I'm picking my car up for the first time again....So you can SURE AS heck believe I'll be there driving around in my baby again. See you all there...first dream cruise as a stang owner

 

man--that looks brutal--good to see you are back! yes 311 jammed---cannot believe the young crowd there for a band that is 15 years old! we had a blast----tomorrow night we plan on cruising for an hour or two then tearing it up at the bar---however, with me driving = no drinky---looks like the flavored skoal will make an appearance---peace
