26 TIME WORLD CHAMPS - STICK THAT IN YOU PIPE AND SMOKE IT!

BTW- 05 MUSTANG IS A KIDS CAR - I BOUGHT A 05 TL OVER A GT (which dealers are marking up 2K for a ford that will be in the shop every other week. If you want a real spots car - buy a vette!

Flame away - I don't care! Every 17 year old will be driving a GT in a year. How many recalls in a year already?????

LETS GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!

Well, it's good to see you are indeed a true Yankees fan! Just like the team, you overpaid for an underperforming car. Enjoy the *choke* Acura *choke*!

It's ok. Looks like she's just mad she didn't get her 05 Mustang and got bumped instead.

It's alright, will be ok. Kylie want a So-da?

Ok, Ok - I got you all jacked up now. First of all - yes, I'm bitter about ford - ford dealers - and dealer allocations. To compare a TL and a GT is night and day. I still love the GT - but thinking about evert 1st model year car comes with troube. Acuras you can depend on, and unless you drive a TL - it's not all that bad.

No where near a GT V8 - but it has a lot of great things a ford can't give you. Plus, sit in a TL and sit in a ford - I can't stand Fords cookie cutter models that all have the same issues (like cheesy plastic interior parts).

I leased it for 3 years, the I will see what I want to do - Maybe get a Shelby or a Vette at that point. Good luck to everyone.

I can't help but think of Stewie from the Family Guy when I read FireDragon's " It's alright, will be ok. Kylie want a So-da?"

Sorry, I just can't see it. Even if I was a Yankee fan it just wouldn't appeal to me. Looks like they ruined a great lookin car.

I was up in Mahwah, NJ and Sterling Forest NY a little over a week ago. I think that is the same one I saw at the Sheraton parking lot while I was staying there. I took some pics of the car and will have to check the "Bumper" number when I get home. I'll post some pics later. I too thought that the paint really did not fit the car very well... But I am sure that there will be someone out there that has to have it!

I'm a Yankee fan, and I think it looks okay... but not for $33,000. Plus, there are plenty of people out there (as is apparent on this board) that hate the Yankees for one reason or another. Chances are you won't have the car for more than a few weeks before somebody decides to "clean" off the pinstripes. And if I caught the little large guy in Austin Powers, I'd be doing 20 to life.

As for the Red Sox, I have a lot of respect for them as a team. They earned their World Series win, and I'm glad they finally got rid of that stupid "curse" stigma.

Now the Red Sox fans... they're a different story. Lots of bitterness and jealousy there. They can't seem to live with the fact that the Yankees, love them or hate them, have the best record in the history of baseball.

So, would that be a car that costs a ton more money than any other car to run....and then it underachieves and only goes to 40 MPH?
