Mules and preproduction cars, just like we saw all kinds on the road before the building began on the coupe/fastback.

Lots of V6's, VERY few GT's in SW FL. I've seen 2 GT's on the roads and dealer lots, but see 3-5 V6's on the roads everyday. Dealer lots have V6's sitting all over, I was at one today and they had 4 V6's in the back getting stripes and wheel/tire combos put on to help them sell. I must say, that makes a huge difference on the V6, I'll try to get some pics when I'm back there later this week.

A larger percentage of production will go to the south because allocation is heavily based on sales history.

Mustang sales and orders from January and February 2004 would have been skewed towards the south, so that is how the production should be allocated for 2005.

Not completely b.s. but not completely true either. The majority of the national allocation numbers are going to the warmer climates currently but we have a couple sold units coming in over the next couple weeks. Ford has assured us that as we come into our spring market that we will start to get on a more level playing field with the other markets.
Wish one of those was mine, Paul.
I don't know if you've been following mine since it's Jeff's sale,
but it's been over 2 months now and nothing.
That really sux since other people (with IUP) are not only being scheduled for January, some have already been built, and one has even been delivered. (all with IUP)
Has my priority been changed (since I have IUP) so the dealership won't lose allocations? Obviously Ford IS building IUP Mustangs this month. I just wish one of them was mine.

Not a snowbelter, but that's where I'm ordering my car from.
See my last post above.
