Brandon, happy belated 229th devil. As far as your pony goes, go to ENCS.com and request a quote. You can do everything over the net and your car will be there waiting for you. When you get back, if you find a better deal in 14 days, ENCS will give you the price differance, it's in writing!!! I have had a great experience with them, and I get the car I want when I get back from Japan on Jan 10th!!!!! Semper Fi!!!!

if you purchase the car when you are in a tax free zone like Iraq through ENCS i pretty sure its completely tax free. you may have to supply the state with the correct paperwork but your ENCS dealer should be able to provide all the details on that.
