Zip,

Your car looks awesome! Love the hood and front facia.

Also love the wheels...thought about getting some of those for the SGT

I posted this on an idivisual thread, but figured I would also post a quick note here to keep all the 69 stuff on the same thread.

As noted in the other thread I removed the factory gas cap and replaced it with a reproduction of the 1969 style gas cap. Shortly after these pictures I painted the trim around the taillights. That made a big difference too.

Sample:

^^^^

that looks sick, bro!

I was thinking of going with a matte black spoiler to finish my Mach 1 look. You could really use some decals man, especially on the around the trunk lid, sorta like man. Check out mine...I posited pics of it a few pages back! enjoy

I did paint the taillights black instead of buying a bezel. I actually did that about a week after the cap. But finally got some pcis:

Kluski,
That turned out well.
I added the pinstripe on the rear to mine, similar to the Boss'.
Would like to add the 'Mustang' lettering as well, but the darn 3rd brakelight doesn't leave enough room for both the pinstripe and lettering.

Ok Iceking...That looks hot! Now come clean on the goodies...

That tailight treatment is HOT! I have been checking it out for 2 days and I JUST NOW noticed
the backup lens is RED-NOT WHITE!

Please...explain the details on how you achieved the entire look.

Sweet!

Iceking-Please post a close up pic of your tailights.

Do those slotted covers have a matte finish?

Iceking,
Excellent job!
I'm really liking what you did with the side window covers/louvers.

Leo,
The Moss slotted bezels are a dark, smoked acrylic, appear gloss black as purchased. I painted the exterior of mine a satin black.
