Thanks, once I get the black spoiler on there, that's about all I'm gonna do, maybe a blackout panel for the rear, and might get some wheels (I really like the konig beyonds) but that'll be next year. So far everything I've done as been pretty cheap but made a huge difference!

Question guys...The bad news is I recently had the back end of my '08 Mustang wiped out in the fog. Now that the body work is almost completed I'm having my spoiler (V6 spoiler) on the back painted matte black to go along with the Boss/Mach 1/Saleen Heritage theme and was wondering if I should have the top of the trunk lid painted black as well. I have seen it both ways and can't make up my mind.

I realize the spoiler is not the traditional Boss/Mach 1 wing but thought it may give it a different look. After it's completed I was going to ad the rear window louvers as well. Let me know what you think...

Looking for this one ....

I posted in the Cruise form .... can you guys help out?

There is a bodykit out there I think that gives you the complete 1969 look.

http://www.catchawaveproductions.com/ ( look for the 2009 mustang cruise )

Thanks, E

flatblack stripes

Anybody try black stripes on a black car? Thinking of running either flat back or reflective black strips on black car boss or mach 1 style

Are you talking about the rear quarter panels and sail panels? Those are custom one-off's.. don't think they are being produced.

That car and those pics have been floating around for nearly 3 years now and everyone under the sun wanted a piece of it. Basically stated though it just doesn't exist and you will NEVER find parts for it. Sorry

Plus even if you could get it, that is NOT regular body kit tacking on a front fascia or hood. That is weld on quarter panels that go all the way up the pillar.

Here is Red Thunder. She is still a work in progress. The next set of mods are: Long Tube Headers, Catted X Pipe, Underdrive Pullies, Cams and the CDC Shaker. I am also throwing a set of V6 emblems on her this weekend and getting rid of the GT crap since it's going to be a Mach 1.

The only thing I really have left, non-performance wise would be to get a flat black rear spoiler, the emblems, new wheels, hood pins, shaker and possibly a hood decal for the exterior.

I have some stuff up my sleeve for the interior...I don't want to disclose it now, but it will be sweet. I just wish I had some more money.

I am not worried about the interior/exterior for right now though. I am focused on the performance right now. I don't want her to be all show, no go! I literally got her back from Tillman Speed a few hours ago, and I already my next set of plans! LOL

I have thought about that as well. I dont think I will be getting the actual hood decal. Most likely just the shaker.

Looks like bezels with chrome door trim applied around the inside edges.
