In 6 more months I can finally buy more mods. I promiced my self that I'd pay off my credit card before I bought any more mods for my 07. It'll feel like forever, but right now she runs just fine stock. I love it when I'm in 1st,2nd or 3rd gear and I floor it, it takes off and then after 3.5-4K~ it pulls even harder. I can not wait for a tune and cai.



But if things go well, I'll be in the desert in Jan and I can buy the turbo right away along with my phase one mods.

It'll probably be about 3 more years..I feel shamed sometime, but thats being a poor college kid, haha.

 

Some things are worth waiting for.

 

I still don't have a CAI yet either, but plan on getting one this winter while the car is parked in the garage. I'll work some overtime and that'll give me the cash to do it.

My modding took a hit when we found out we are having twins!!! My wife said she wants me to keep the car, which is a good thing but my plans are on a serious delay. I have a few savings plans to help me get some goodies but it sure is tough and we will lose her income soon because of the babies. All savings is for the kids, not the mustang now. I just need to hold out until I get promoted to Captain in January 2009.

I would be happy if I could get these phase 1 mods done over the next year...

CAI tune from Bama = $650
GTA axelback = $300
Pypes H pipe = $200
CDC classic chin = $400 after paint

roughly $1,500 should do it if I focus on saving and i think this will get me off to a good start and I would be happy for a while, lol
