 I placed my order on 10/27/04 and my baby arrived on 12/29/04. I picked her up on 1/3/05. My baby is a Torch Red Premium GT Coupe with a manual transmission, the interior upgrade package, interior color accent package, and 17" bright machined aluminum wheels. X-Plan Price 25,140. So far I have driven 500 trouble free miles. I got 19 mpg out of my first tank of gas. A couple of things that I noticed and think are really neat is that the message center counts down from 50 the number of miles remaining before empty, and two the gas gauge turns red with about 15 miles before empty.

Yeah, someone already said something about the 15 mile countdown. Having a car with a countdown to fill up currently, I can say I will never go back to owning a car without that gauge.

7 days and a thousand miles, I'm doing good too! I need to start spacing my trips out, at this rate I'll have 52k rung up by this time next year :drive:

Don't run the gas down that far or you will burn up the fuel pump. I used to go low on the gas all the time and had to replace one years ago.
The fuel keeps the electric fuel pump cool while submerged but it begins to uncover about the time the "low fuel" light comes on.

Put over 600 miles on a Hertz rental V6 the first week of January(2-9) while in Florida. Filled up 3 tanks of gas but it was so worth it. Had a blast racing around the Sawgrass and other Highways! Let a few curious mustang owners sit in it to check it out. They all loved it! Also met one guy with his wife who was pissed he was tooling around in a rental 2004 Mustang vert instead of the 05. "See I told you we should have went to Hertz!" lol
