The 18" 5-Spoke chrome for qtr4 of 08 looks like it belongs on some riced out Accord Coupe not a Stang. IMHO

Looks like there are a few new options for 2009:

17" Black Bullitts available on V6 and GT
17" Polished Bullitts available on V6 and GT
17" Argent Bullitts available on V6
18" Black Bullitts available on GT - previously black 2007 Shelby GT only
18" Argent Bullitts available on GT - previously Bullitt only

There are two versions of chrome and polished 18" Bullitts.

Ford Has Mixed the Accessory Listing with the Oe Options in this Brochure. I believe the Stuff that is not Notated as an Option Ford is Just Saying will fit these Models. Typical Ford Confusion! I am Sure it will cause Issues with Mustang Salespeople and Customers.

THOSE KING OF THE ROAD WHEELS WOULD LOOK NICE IF THEY WERE A LITTLE BIGGER AND NOT IN CHROME. OR, IF NOT BIGGER THE WHEEL SPOKES SHOULD BE SKINNIER.

Kev, as soon as I saw the brochure, I had to do a double take at work. The left page is for standard wheels, then it goes into the "Accessory" wheels, via parts dept.

Nice stuff.

Ford needs to up their aftermarket stuff for the Mustang. It's a cash cow.

I've never seen that wheel. Could be made in China? All the other GT & Shelby wheels are made in the U.S. and Canada.

The 18 inch Shelby GT500KR wheels are polished. The first couple of batches were Dura-Bright. They have a "DB" logo. Dura-Bright wasn't working out so good, so the "DB" logo was removed, and the wheels are now getting normal coat.

They do make a 20 inch wheel with a similar design. There is a wheel that reads "Shelby Forged" and then there is another wheel that reads "Shelby Forged/Super Snake". All the 20 inch wheels get Dura-Brighted.

Good info. It also may be cheaper to polish and clear coat them for mass consumption.

The spokes on the KR wheels do need to be skinnier. Just looks off to me.

Not a fan of the 2 new wheels either, like someone else said, looks too ricey to me...

I am still a fan of the Bullit style and the Haritage wheels. I really like the 17" painted black with the knock off.

I would also love to see a true SUN-Burst wheel on the KR and more classic inspired wheel styles from 60s and 70s.
