He (the head mechanic) did say EVERYTHING under, in, around the front end has been replaced, tighten, torqued, lubed to specs except the spindles and calipers....
my guess would been the controls arms/bushings....
I don't think they even know..... Happy Trails...

I have the same thing going on with my 07GTCS except it stops after braking and its definitely in the rear. Hoping I don't run into the same issues as you had to go through and a simple set of brakes pads will remedy the noise.
