Yeah.. I was hoping for hidden lights.. not something that looked so tacked on. Man, the ricer in me was so excited about the ambient lighting.

Fortunately, I don't think passengers will fit in the 2" leg space back there to even see it, so my life is still OK.

Wonder how the cupholder lighting would look with one of the metal covers?

It's not just you.

Like I've said before regarding the cupholders, if you can't find the hole in the dark...

On the other hand, the HIDs MIGHT be a worthwhile retrofit.

I was wondering that myself. Just got one of the Steeda ones for when my 08 GT comes in. I think it will look cool......

Hmmm, the HID's are nice. Ambient lighting....maybe if I was 16 again I would like that but no longer my cup of tea. See that too many times on the ricers.

$295 I believe. After seeing it kinda wish I didn't add that option to my car. To say the least little disappointed especially after seeing some of the pic's on the focus. Really thought it would look cool especially on the vert at night. Hopefully look's better in person.

Well, there's a switch to turn it off.

You don't have to use it, and it's not that expensive of an option.

Selecting the ambient lighting package automatically increases the ride height.
