2008 Mustang Blew Numerous Error Codes, Car Runs Bad & Air Does Not Work

Hello all I have a 2008 Mustang V6, recently we had a couple of fuses blow which we replaced. Now the car starts but engine light is on and air conditioning is not working. Took it to autozone and they read the following codes
P0443
P0102
P0135
P0141
P1055
P0161
P0403
P0446

Seems to me like might something is not getting power. Appreciate any advice from the group. thanks

That's a lot of codes my friend. Since all was well before the blown fuses you may be able to reset the computers by unhooking the neg. battery cable for approx. 10 mins. That's what us folks over on the Corvette Forum can do with our Corvette's, and sometimes have success. I don't know if it will work on the Mustangs, but it's cheap/easy to try. Good luck.

I'd do what Wanted33 recommends and disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and try again.

P0102 MAF low input
P0135 O2 Heater Circuit, Bank 1 (Sensor 1)
P0141 O2 Heater Circuit, Bank 1 (Sensor 2)
P0155 O2 Heater Circuit, Bank 2 (Sensor 1)
P0161 O2 Heater Circuit, Bank 2 (Sensor 2)
P0403 Electronic Vacuum Regulator circuit shorted
P0443 Evap Emission System Purge Control Valve "A" Circuit (Open or shorted)
P0446 Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit (Open or shorted)

Thank you I disconnected the battery for over 2 hours and tried again. Still same problem. Do you have any other ideas? Could a relay in the fuse box be bad. How are those tested. thanks again

Could be your alternator going bad. Check it out and reset the computer if you replace it. I have read that the alternators do wacky codes when they are failing. Check to battery also.

Sorry the battery disconnect didn't work. As Roger says check the alternator, and the battery voltage. Weak battery's have been know to confuse car computers. If you can drive it to your local Auto Zone, etc. they will check the alternator/battery for free. Call them first, that may have changed. Good luck.

OK I went back and looked checked each fuse. Then I noticed fuse 47 in the engine compartment was placed one slot left from where it should be. I moved it into the correct position and what you know the air conditioning worked and engine ran great. I disconnected the battery, waiting for a bit to see if all codes are gone. See image of fuse box diagram.

Good news! Glad you found the current problem. Still, I would be a little concerned as to why the fuses blew in the first place. Typically they don't just get tired. You will want to watch because likely something is failing and will do it again. Hope not, but be aware.
