The pony package looks terrible.......
And I'm not a fan the new grey everyone loves so much....
Anyway here are some pics......

Thanks for taking the time and posting up the pics

Tungsten looks exactly like what I'm looking for, subdued.

Although I did also liked the Mineral Grey.

Haven't seen any here YET. HAve the first sold one built so it won;t be long.

I do like the Pony Grille.
I agree about the pony grill. On bright colors it looks good. It just dosen't look "right" to me on a black car. It looks like something is missing in the grill area.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. When we build tires at UAL, the red dot marks the light spot when balancing the carcass. When we build the wheels the guage/valve goes where the dot is. I don't know how they do it in automotive industry.

Lol, ya I noticed that the Dot doesnt line up. But that doesnt always seem to stand true, at least in the aftermartket replacement. I match mount my tires personally, which never seems to line up with the dot.

Now that the '06's have hit the lot will the '05's still have the "market adjustment" on them?

I think you might find a deal on a V6, but as I understand it, people are still clammoring for the V8's. I doubt you will see any deals on 05 Gt's. I am sure the color will look much better in person for the new tungsten. I'm a bit tossed on the pony grill. As someone mentioned, it seems to look nicer on the lighter colors.

Tungsten Grey owners, don't let pictures scare you off. Even in these pics you can see that a shined up Tungsten GT will have plenty of "pop" to it. I think it looks great.

I wonder if my wife would let me bring another Mustang into the stable?? I figure if I had an 05 GT Coupe and an 06 Tungsten Grey GT Vert, I would be all set....

I don't see what is everyones problem with the Pony Package. I think that the Package gives us V6 buyers something special (not just GTs deserve good stuff you know) the V6 is a mustang just like the GT and why should anyone have to pay 8 to 9 hundred dollars for bullit wheels for their v6, if you can get them standard. Plus the rest of the package with the emblems(I am not putting holes in my car that were not there to begin with) and the new suspension system and the front stabilizer bar it make it a all around better car, and as a Mustang enthusiast I think this is Key. There are a lot of people that think it make the GT less GT because of the fog lamps but if you ask me it makes the GT even more special. I am not a huge fan of the pony package from most pictures I have seen of it but the pictures you have here of the black one make the big honey combs (my one gripe) blend in better and all I see is the mini fogs and the classic elements. If thats how the Pony grill looks then I am sold completely. Sorry for the rant....I am not flaming just being excited that I actually like what I ordered for once

now how about some vista blue pics so I can put that worry to rest.

I ordered earlier this month. Mine is exactly like yours, but in Legend Lime. No build date, and yet I maintain my sanity
