Kevin,

Do you think we will be able to order the Cobra rear spoiler.

I hope it will fit the 05 GT

I don't see why not. But the aftermarket may copy it before ford gets it released.

<sarcasm> I love the fact that in 2006 they are making the GTs and the V6 Mustangs even MORE distinguishable like they were trying to do in the first place! </sarcasm>

too retro? no way the more retro the better!!!

i wonder if the new V6 grill will be offered in canada? unlike the US models we dont have a deluxe or premium package or a exterior sports appearance package (dont offer stripe, and wing dingy comes standard)...

It looks great, but don't the honeycomb grille openings seem too large?

My drawing skills aren't the best, but this might give us a good idea of the look:

Yeah they do look rather large.
Would love to see a real pic to gauge it.

Canada had the pony package before, no reason why it wouldn't now.

As for the fogs in grille.
I know, Ford wanted to originally make them different/distinguishable and they still will. I liked the GT to be the one with the fogs, but now the pony package will also have an agressive looking grille.

As a business, its a good decision.
If people are looking for a more aggressive look on the V6, they may consider it right off the bat....
I think its different enough that you can still distinguish the difference...
at least we can....other people may just think 'fogs=gt'

That's a great development, Kevin. Thanks! The folks ordering '06 V6's will have even more options to choose from. I have to say I think that option group will be enormously popular. Hope they're geared up for the demand!

That reminds me, I still have yet to call and order my locking gas cap. It's been crazy getting settled into my new place. Will call this week. Do we still get bonus goodies?

Chris

Can we see that next to the stock GT fog lamp for a size comparison?

Well, it looks like the V6 grill with the fogs and the thing that goes around the running pony has put the GT grill to shame. I hope the V6 grill will fit the GT's because if so, I will be getting it.
