I know if Brad had an ordering guide it'd be up in the Timeline, just wondering if anyone else had any confirmations of the 2006 options? I'm either going to order a 2005 or wait for the 2006. If I order a 2005 I have to do it soon, lot of dealers in my area are telling me they're just about out of alloted cars, if they're not already used up for the year. But if I wait for the 2006, I can get the 18" fanblades, and any other new option if there are any. However, by waiting for the 2006 car, I lose Sonic Blue as a choice, and I don't know what Vista Blue looks like. However, Redfire is a carry-over, and I like that color too (plus, I already have a diecast Redfire to match!). Man, this is getting more and more confusing as I think about it. darn you Ford for pulling out of the Pony Drive Purchase deal!

anyway, if anyone has any information on the 2006, please share with us.

Jay-

I was in the same boat as you. I ordered my 05 now and hope to have it by the summer. I too wanted to Fan Blades, but you can always get them after the fact. May 16 (I think) or rather that Monday is the 1st day you can order a 06. I look at it like this:
If you order now and it is not picked up to be build on 5/16 - you have a choice to make. If it is, you will have a GT for the summer - win-win. The price will only go up so ordering now at the very least locks you up at a price.

I looked at Sonic Blue too - then I sdaw a Redfire GT at a dealership - that's the color my friend !

Kyle,

Hadn't thought about that. I know the dealers can't keep the cars on the lot (at least around Seattle) more than a couple days, so if I decide not to get the 2005 they won't have a problem selling it. I am starting to lean towards the Redfire myself, and going to look at one on display (a Casino boought it to give away or something, and it's sitting at the dealership).

Might have to change to Redfire. Who knows?

Job 1 for the 2006 model is 8/8/05. Last date to order a 2005 is 6/24/05.

Waiting patiently for an '06 Mach or Boss......

Not really sure but I do think they will offer one or the other within a year or two. This new body style screams for a Mach or Boss with the shaker hood. If for some reason they don't offer one, CDC will have the parts to make your own.

Jay,

I saw that Redfire GT that the casino bought as well, when I was at the dealership yesterday. It changed my mind from Sonic Blue to Redfire. The salesguy had to work hard to get the key so I could sit in it, since it was sold.
