The part that should be on the upper section kinda looks like a long plastic bolt. The threads are like little fins, and I think it uses one of the star-looking bits to unscrew but you can do it by hand.
The lower ones are just the usual plastic pins that have a middle piece that pops up, so that you can remove the whole thing. I think it's the same as the ones in the radiator cover.
I'm sure you could get them at the dealership, but the price will probably be ridiculous. There's a member on here (i think his name is corstang?) that is parting out his mustang you might see if he still has those.

We have the plastic retainers at Advance too, like a plastic rivet with a push in or screw in center that expands the four fingers inside the hole to "retain" stuff. Measure your hole diameters in the metal before you go shopping, likely 1/4" but measure to be sure.
