Finally someone posts pics of them.. Nobody had ever mentioned those wheels. Not even the main ford site.

Those hubcaps look pretty good. Whoever gets them just be careful where you take the car to get the tires serviced.

My brother has these on his '95 Windstar:

He took it to Wal-Mart to have them put on new tires and now he's missing one of the fake lug nuts. The kid actually thought they were real and used an air gun on it.

Not bad, they actually didn't totally kill it with the steel rims. Those are some pretty slick hubcaps.

I just dont think that hubcaps should be allowed on a mustang. I know I know they have been on them for years.

I'm just saying going forward on this body style they shouldnt be on one. Just my 2cents anyways.

I did read about the hubcaps on the 2006 brochure.

Ok let me end the speculation on whether or not they are hubcaps, they most definitely are. When I ordered my car cover and locking gas cap from Kevin he sent me the 2006 brochure.

On page 22 it clearly show a picture of this wheel cover.
The caption underneath states:

16" Steel Wheel with
Wheel Cover
Standard on V6 Standard

Sorry my scanner is not working so I cant post a picture.

There is also a caption under the Mustang V6 summary saying that the 'Standard' V6 comes with steel wheels and wheel covers.

The steel wheels with the hub cap is the way to go, if you are planning on replacing the wheels any way.

They don't look bad.
