I believe Performance White is a little bit off..
Dano.. you have answered this question before..

I'd like a very very dark red, so dark it's almost black ... maybe Black Cherry or something like that. Basically a very dark car, but the sheen and the glint in the sunlight is a deep red. Way darker than Redfire.
Hello fellow Mustang Sourcers,
Been browsing this site off and on since Brad's single page years ago, glad to be registered and in the corral
Without further delay, here's my dream colors:
Dark Highland Green (FORD are you listening?)
Grabber Green
Orange Crush (a great suggestion from earlier)
Dark Cherry
and though it's more of a SE proposal :R:
John Force/Castrol GTX paint scheme (the fastest Mustang on the planet)

That and that bright green color on the 99s and 2000s were the most hideous colors
Without reading all the responses, I am going to say these are the only colors I'd like to see added back to the list that were available at some point in Mustang's "career." At least one, guys! Special attention to the ones with *s
*Candy Apple Red (1965-69)
*Emberglo (1966)
*Burnt Amber (1967)
*Indian Fire (1969)
*Calypso Coral (1969)
*Sage Bronze (1969)
*Chestnut Metallic (1970)
*Calypso Coral Vermillion (1970)
Grabber Green (1970)
Grabber Green Metallic (1971)
*Medium Copper Metallic (1973)
*Saddle Bronze Metallic (1974)
Vista Orange (1977)
Tangerine (1978) [Note: My first car's color, tan interior. w00t!]
I got bored lookin around after that. Especially since I can't find a color chip of 1979's Medium Vaquero Gold.
P.S. Did anyone notice a theme regarding the *s?

I just read about the Focus's Orange Crush. So I went looking. Didn't find that, but I did find this:
Blazing Copper (2005 Focus non-base ZX3/5)
I have to say that is one AWESOME color. Paint me a Blazing Copper '05 Mustang with tan cloth, and I'd be a VERY happy camper.
I don't get it. It's just a color. They have these colors "in stock." Maybe not at the same plants, but still. Infuriating. They ought to have the entire spectrum available for all cars. You know, "If we have it, we'll paint it." Sigh.
Speaking of disappointing, has anyone looked at the Taurus, Crown Vic, and Freestar color selection? Ugh. Talk about drab. Although the Reds aren't bad, when you look at the chips online, it just looks like a bunch of sadness... Reminds one of Strong Sad. [ For those not in the know: http://www.homestarrunner.com ]
Ok, enough. Stop putting topics up that get me all riled up.

Saw one at the beach in the sunset and absolutely loved it. And Electric Green is my most favorite Mustang color of the SN-95s. It rules!

we called it babys#@tbrown, and the electric green was grope-a-man-green. :notnice: I wont reiterate what the teal was, I'll just say csblue and leave it at that.
