The 2006 Ragtop premieres tomorrow...when will we hear the details, options, horsepower increases, changes etc. on the 2006 V6 and GT Fastbacks?

I'm guessing no proven facts from Ford until the summer.

the 2005 ragtop will be unvieled tomorrow and I believe production of the 2005 convertible begins at the end of this month.

I don't think there will be any noticeable changes to the 2006 (except colors, which is posted on this site somewhere)... too early in the cars life to expect much change.

I've heard the changes for '06 will be the 18" chrome wheels (which may be available later in '05), heated seat option, navigation with satellite radio, an upgraded cloth top on convertibles (black only I believe), and of course the new colors that we're all already aware of.

alright the 18" chrome wheels, i agree with, and since I wrote I've read another post saying Ford is going to try ot put Sirius radio in 1 million cars over 2006-7.

Heated seat option, only thing I've heard is people saying they wanted it after someone here had his dealer add it to his 05.

He "heard" it. I'm sure the navigation isn't true, and I doubt the heated seats too.

Everyone should also remember that the person who gave brad the color list said that there would be a "California Special" edition that would be out by spring, and that was incorrect. The colors probably are as well.

No kidding, they are going to be making '05's for next 8-9 months, it's a bit early to be looking to next MY already.

06 will begin production in June-July only a couple of months after many of us would be receiving Mustangs ordered back in October...so I'm really leaning to holdout for an 06... so I'm just curious of various options that could be or will be offered....

I really need to know about colors. I want the Mineral Grey and 18s, but according to Brad's list of 2006 colors Mineral Grey is no longer available. I know, I should just get a 2005 and buy the wheels and tires when they come out, but that is much more expensive than getting them as a factory option. I much rather pay 1295 for 18s right now than that same price for the Shaker 1000.
