does anyone have any more information on this? I havent read about it anywhere. It seems people are only interested in tugsten and the 18's

Hey
What do you mean dark aluminum? Is it that the aluminum upgrade panels are dark aluminum instead of bright? That might look cool. I ordered my 06 and I didn't hear anything about it!

The Cobra concept had darker aluminum dash inserts... is that what you're referring to?

actually I believe the cobra has leather rather than aluminum.

It didn't. It has leather on the top portion of the dash, but a darker aluminum where the current IUP dash inserts are.

Interesting Ford media site link... hadn't seen that before. I would assume the "darker aluminum option" (if they end up offering it) would be very similar to the Cobra concept then (see attached).

Yeah, just read that too in the impossible never ending wheel debate thread...it would be nicer, however, if they darkened the gauge and A/C trim rings a tad.

Tach on the right and speedo up to 160. Arrrrgggh...

I agree. From any distance, the Shelby looks like it has "IUP Lite"
