2005's only: cam timing issues?

Has anyone else heard of this, that Ford was working out how the cams were located during assembly on the 05 MY engines and that the cams can wind up timed slightly different from car to car?

Something about pins deforming when the sprocket is tightened down...

As well, there's no more "issues" forums for these cars?

That has been a problem with the 2V engines but it was due to manufacturing tolerances for the camshaft gears, specifically the key slot. Some cams come out degreed close to perfect, while others are off. This helps explain why some cars are factory freaks and why some cars aren't.
