I dunno, I watched it and they seemed to identify 1 or 2 problems with the mustang that I would hope were addressed prior to Job 1. Namely poorly valved front struts, and weak motor mounts.

For a competition race car, not for a stock car.

Just watched the discovery show. Sweet! I saw something interesting, the white stang had side exhaust coming out forward of the rear wheels and they didn't cut into the body to provide for it. From watching the show, why couldn't we do that? I know this has been a well debated subject and this is the first time replying. Don't flog me too bad.

I wish I had cable now. You know its good if you have 2 people call you about 20min into it saying that its the best mustang footage they have ever seen.

Thats an understatement. It was the most awesome footage I have seen to date. It really fueled the excitement.

It was impressive. I'm gonna have a tough time waiting for SVT Mustang to be produced. Tom Scarpello was involved in this one, he had a 15 second bit on the show. I don't know what he (SVT) contributed to the car.

It would drag over bumbs you would tear it up fast. Also on the race car I don't think it has mufflers which are thicker hence hang down even lower.

So is somebody going to get a downloadable version of this going? Because it is coming on in an hour where I live. I can record it on my mini DV firewire it over to my computer and probably have it encoded and hosted by late tonight. But I don’t want to waste my time if someone else is already working on it.

I recorded it on my computer but it is a 3 billion byte file (is that 3 gigabyte?). I don't know how to downsize it.

I always use a free program called Virtual Dub, encode the sound into mp3, and the video using the Divx codec

3gb!!! What format did your computer put it in automatically? I know you can compress threw windows movie maker if you have XP. But it only puts it in WMV which stinks IMO, but it is definitely better than nothing.

At the least I will record it for myself, and between all of us somehow it will hit the net no problem.

My other concern is the fact that I just moved and don’t know how to access my new web space yet since this is new internet service to me. I have 512kb upload and up to 4mb down load, with that said does any one have any ideas of how I can distribute it out to you guys. I know 512 isn’t goanna hold up long with a bunch of downloads.
