2005 Mustang Survey from MyFord
#1
I checked my email today, and saw a survey from My Ford, regarding ssatisfaction and interest on my Mustang.
It asked about how satisfied you were with certain features, what features you'd get if you were to buy the car again, what features should be essential, etc.
It also asked, given particular price per feature, if you'd get it if you bought the car again. The one I remember the most was the Glassback option, for $2,395 i believe.
It seems to me that Ford might be trying to gauge interest on these features, and decide if they should offer them for upcoming years.
Did anyone else received this survey?

I filled out the PRINT survey I got in the mail sometime after I got my car..... listed my issues with the shaker, squeeky brakes, the struts, the thin paint......
And months later, I was at a party at a friends place, got a call on my cell... and it was a FORD rep following up on my survey and the issues I had
We spent like 35 minutes on the phone going over everything I listed on my survey - gotta say that impressed me.......

I got that e-mail last Friday. It was surprising to receive something from them. I remember they asked about the glassback roof, heated seats, power passenger seat, Ipod adapter, bluetooth. There were others, but nothing performance oriented.
They wanted to know how you felt about these things, if you would pay a certain price for them and if you thought they should be standard or an option.

This survey will be running from August 25, 2005 to August 31, 2005.

I got my survey a long time It asked the same type of questions your discribing.
Speaking of the glassback. I saw one and sat in it at the Good Guys car show in Pleasanton, CA on 8/27. It was on a custom "Titanium" painted 05. Not Tungsten, but Titanium! I didn't even realize it was a glassback until I got in it.
It had a full Xenon bidy kit. Black, Red and Grey 3-tone seats from Katzkin, Hurst Shifter, and Magnaflows. The guy said they didn't have anything under the hood. They were waiting for Whipple.
Sorry to highjack!

I never got a survey.
I called Ford about not getting one and the lady said not everyone gets a survey...that its random distribution, but I could make a comment about my purchase if I wanted to. So I did that.
