The 2005 Mustang GT will be at the Fun Ford Weekend in Bristol, TN Aug 6-8 2004 this weekend.

Who's coming down to see it beside me see it

 

Ford will dragrace the 05 Mustang down dragway too!!

 

Where did you hear this? On the FFW website there is no mention of it.

 

If it runs the quarter mile, I want some serious feedback!!

I talk with FFW yesterday ask them what's going on at the show this year in Bristol

FFW told me Ford is bring down one of the 05 Mustang GTs at show to off people at show so people see the new Mustang.

 

Where is Bristol? Anywhere near Memphis?

 

Is on VA/TN broader just off I-81

Are you sure it's going to be there? Will it be there all weekend? How much does it cost to get in? I went a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Lots of nice Mustangs. Too bad my '69 isn't in fighting shape yet.

Bristol is just about the furthest possible place in TN from Memphis. So, somebody get some pics. Cause i'm not driving that far.

 

That's what on the flyer I in the mail, and what one of the Fun Ford weekend people on phone told me, that's why I call to be sure about it.

I cost $40.00 to put a car in the show for the weekend and one day it cost $30.00 to put the car in the show.

to get in see the show and dragrace it cost $10.00

i might have to come down there. with the nice weather it will be a nice drive from richmond. might come down sunday

 

I wouldn't hold me breath about them drag racing it. I don't know where he got that info, but it is highly unlikely. I expect the first performance numbers will come from magazine articles.

Yes the woman on phone said Ford will run the 05 Mustang GT down the track. B)

 

If anyone goes they definately need to take pics and maybe video if it runs the track. This way there will be no misunderstanding of the track times. B)

 

I'll be there all weekend I'll get some pics.

 

Where was that other vid taken at? Wonder if they were practicing?

Maybe they were throwing us a red hearing so we would be very surprised in Miami. We can only hope.
