Nice find. Not only is the first one the bigger, better resolution version of this one from the timeline page on this site

but the second one is one that's not up there at all.

Yep. Delete the spoiler and it looks great. Of course, the same is true for the coupe.

I'm thinking of black with parchment for mine.

Looks alot like this:

Unfortunately, the new vert pic seems to kill the flip-up tonneau cover notion introduced by the Travel channel video.

now they are riding around on a nice day...........why cant these people just put the top down so we can see the exact lines of the car w/ out the top up. but i agree the spoiler is out of place. even more so on the vert

I disagree. I think that the spoiler is quite nice actually. I've seen it up close and the design suits the car. Now, that's not to say a nice ducktail wouldn't look even better but if you like something on the decklid, this design is darn good.

The only way I can really judge a 'vert is if the top is down

True.......but considering that the top is up 90+ % of the time, it has to look good closed as well.

i guess i was too harsh on the spoiler. i just guess i am spoiled with my notchback and it clean lines. i just love the ducktail if it is done right. yeah it looks good with the top up. but it has to look even better with it down. b/c i dont care i will put it down when it is above 50 degrees and ive even been caught with it down in the rain! OOPS

Hey 2001GT & Chaz...THANKS for posting the Convert pics :worship: Considering a 2005 but I don't think Ford does Special Orders anymore (based on what I've read in the posts) Will wait & see for now.
