Would this be the same Ford that is the parent company of Mazda who overrated the RX8?

Ford has been on an underrating kick lately. I definately believe it will be more then 300hp at the crank stock. Just a decent valve/head work on a 2V car yields 40hp.

Exactly.....Ford has learned their lesson.
As much as I want to believe the 290rwhp, I think we're going to see around 325hp at the crank.

In her video for "Red Blooded Woman," she starts out sitting in traffic in a Shelby Daytona coupe. She's also done promotional work for the Ford kA down in Australia.
Of course, later in the same video she's lounging on the hood of a 67-69 SS Camaro, but it's forgiveable if it's a classic.
And because it's Kylie.
And Kylie would love the new 2005. She personally saw to it that it was drastically underrated. Yeah, that's right. You done got me started talking about Kylie. None of you are safe.

I read earlier in this post about the Pontiac GTO versus the new Mach 1 Mustang. I just watched a special on TV about the new GTO... just curious about the competition... and was surprised to find out that the GTO does 0160 in 5.3 and 5.4 seconds for the manual and automatic, respectively. The '0f Mustang GT does 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. The GTO does the quarter mile a tenth of a second faster than the Mustang GT at 104 mph (the same speed). So, if I pull up next to a GTO at a redlight, sounds like I'm gonna take him in my straight GT, seeing that we won't be going much more than 60 in the city. Am I the only one hyped here?

Yeah, if I had a cool 1/4 mill to burn, a Murcielago would be sitting in my driveway(or maybe a Countach SE), but a Mustang is just as good and it has a backseat!
