tbis seat has so.many adjustments and my girl moved it
Should the bottom of the seat be all the way down to the floor? Is that it's normal position or up a little

We cannot advise you where to put the seat for you. I like mine higher and more flat with zero lumbar and not so much lean back, my brother likes his back and down, some lumbar and a considerable lean...

I want the seat part flat

 

Seat positions are quite relative to the individual owner. If you want the seat bottom flat you will need to use a little twisting action on the front/back switch. Twisting/Tilting the switch will rock the seat instead of moving it up, and down.

 

Don't sit in the drivers seat at all. I think its to high yo
