Exclamation 2005 engine failsafe

Mileage 181 k
Replaced: Fuel rail sensor, alternator, EGR Valve, thermostat.
Cleaned sensors, throddle body and Intake & lines

Questions my car has to warm up completely before it will go out of fail safe mode. The temperature gauge has to be a tad bit to the midway mark to the warm side then I have to turn car off, reset it then it will be off. (Aprox a 30 min wait)
Ive noticed that if I turn the heater switch to all top vents (one up from A/c) that it makes it faster warming up but at times the heater will even stop running for a sec.
The parts above ive fixed only because code reader was throwing those codes. Even after fixing everything it says im still throwing the throttle body code but I have cleaned it. Please help. Why is it in Failsafe mode just till it warms up??

hmmmmm . . . guessing there must be some sensor that is tripping the fail-safe mode and that sensor is affected by temperature somehow . . . if you could find out what is used to trigger the fail safe mode, that might help figure it out

sorry, I know that doesn't help much, but it's all I got!
