So it turns out that one of my friends knows this person. Her name is Caroline Cervantes and she does have some fairly serious injuries. I saw all of this on facebook btw...

She says she can't really do anything for about a month because she is hemorrhaging in her brain.

But I guess all in all, she's fine enough to be home and on her computer!
