Mine also had 6 miles when I picked it up. I just turned over to 10,000 this weekend.

I had 4 miles on the odo and test drove it to 11.8 or so. I just turned over 8000 miles this weekend. This car is too d*** fun to drive. I'd be willing to bet that 200 miles on the odo didn't spoil the fun factor. Don't sweat it. Get back behind the wheel, drive hard and have some fun!
Ah.. Those who wish they were in your shoes.

My car had 6 miles on the clock when I got it. Didn't special order but got lucky and found one with everything I wanted minus the 18" bullits. It's ok though because I have them now.

OK, my turn...

My pony had about 250 on the odo when I got in it the first day. My sales guy says "Here is the keys, bring it back whenever you want". I put that car to the test and see just what this pony was made of...

Hairpin turns, hard stops, "drop the hammer" tests. I loved it so much, I went back and bought it...

When I dropped it off for the night, it had 303 miles...

I wish I could say that I have only put on 1000 miles on it since my purchase last September but actually I am at 16306 after 10 months. I bought it to drive, and drive it I do...luvin every minute of it...

And we even took 3rd place in S197 class in our local mustang club show yesterday...

I have been the only one behind the wheel, with the exception of my uncle who is a Mustang nut (It was his yellow/black Boss 302 that made up my mind to buy a yellow stang). That was payback for letting me drive his stage 3 Rousch years ago to show me what a proper handling Mustang could be like. His only comment was it had the power like the Boss but rode and handled much better.

Every day I turn the key in it, I gotta smile
