If you live near southwestern Ohio - near Dayton/Vandalia - Beau Townsend Ford has 17 different V6 05's in stock.

Here are a couple of pics:

There's a mix of auto's and manuals but I don't recall which color had what. Good selection if you're looking for a V6!

Notice that there are no GT's to be had
I was at large Ford dealer today outside Daytona, LOTS of v-6 's no GT. Salesmen said they are bought as soon as they come in!

I am glad I already got my GT !

I'm off to Lima, Ohio tomorrow to visit w/ some family. Hopefully I'll be able to catch a few looks at some Mustangs driving around. Since I now live in a GM(Delphi) & Chrysler dominated town I don't get a chance to see many new Fords, but I always enjoy my trips back to Ohio to see all the new Fords in Lima

Yeah, I was at a Dealership last week, and they had 10 V6's, and only one GT.

I think you can expect a good deal on a V6 in the near future!

Long live the V6! :worship:

I wonder if the same guy parked all of them in the front row that way.

All GTs are sold out around here too. We have 3 V-6s at a rather small dealer. I hate The lime and windveil that thye have. I love the Sonic Blue, but I wish it was a GT.

I'm in the northwest and have only seen one other GT on the road besides mine.

There just aren't nearly as many GT's as there are 6's.

Wonder what the production ratio was/is for GT's/6's?

What part of Lima? I live southwest of Lima, near Buckland and north of Wapakoneta.

As far as new Mustangs at the local dealership (Pruit Ford), there aren't many at all. They had a silver V6 (with some butt-ugly decal on the side) and a Mineral Gray GT on the showroom floor earlier this week.

If you have the time, you should try to go to Townsend Ford in Vandalia where all those V6's are. The dealership is just west of I-75 about a mile or so on Route 40, out near the Dayton Airport. I think they have every color except for a Legend Lime but then again, they might have one of them inside somewhere! It's about a 45 minute drive south from Lima.

Have a safe trip!
