I have a bill of sale from my dealership that says $21,600+ttl for my Mustang, which supposedly includes the previous $500 cash back incentive. Is the dealership required to give me the new $1000 cash back bonus when I get my car? (It's factory ordered)

You can sign for it before it arrives, if it has been built and they have the Certificate of Origin (C.O.O.).
