Ok I know I'm going to get flamed on this one, but I've owned my 05 for 3 days now and I see a few things that tick me off.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not unhappy, this is one of the best cars that I have ever owned


The DRL idiot light. Is there any way to turn the darn thing off?

I know they are on, they are always on, I don't need the car to tell me that.

up in Canada we can't turn them off so why have the idiot light?

 

Its there to remind you at night, just in case....that you do in fact only have your DRL on....and that your rear lights are not on.
Safety thing.

Put a piece of tape over it

 

Well it would probably be better if it didn't light up the light or the dash.

If you turn the lights off it lights up the dash lights still, but only in white.

He has his Running lights on at all times due to Canadian law. So he gets a warning light telling him that they are on. I say just turn the whole headlight on.
