Due to the sensitive nature of invoice pricing, I am unable to post it randomly. I am sure you can understand. I don;t think Ford would like it if I posted invoice pricing for the world to see.
Any dealer can price out the car for an order now and I will continue to price and sell cars at plan pricing.

No problems - thanks for the reply!

On a separate note, will you be providing any information about commodity holds for the '07s?

Okay. For the sake of forming a hypothesis, lets say I ordered a GT with the automatic. Would I be able to order the 3.55 limited slip axle with it, or is that particular option reserved for GT's with the manual transmission only? I don't know how to drive stick shift yet, so that's why I'm asking. Now you see why I've been harping about a manumatic feature for the auto trans!

Also, the pedals included in the GT Appearance Package: are they going to be available separately, like as a dealer installed accessory, or is the GT Appearance Package the only way to get them?

EDIT: A quick check of the 07 order guide says that the 3.55 axle is only available on GT's with the manual trans. Since order guide is dated 3-13-06, is that still true?

so go get a scion .. toyota charges like $450 for alarm option without motion sensor etc.

Thanks Ed! One other question...one the commodity post what does "64W Wheels - OUT" mean? Does that mean that new orders with the 64W wheels will be delayed? I added them to my car and according to the ERL I'm scheduled for build the week of June 12th. I've got my '02 GT for sale and now I'm wondering if I should hold off on selling it.

First off, is the Sirius Radio option just an add-on to the Shaker System or is it a whole new unit? Can the 2007 Sirius Radio be retro-fitted to a 2006 with a Shkaer 500 system?

Go get a Scion?? The point I was making about the active anti-theft is that it was the only option that went up in price for '07...all others existing options stayed the same price.

These are Chicago region commodities and only affect orders that are slated to be scheduled next week, not any orders already in the system.

Thanks, Ed

What's the MSRP for the Pony Package?

I read somewhere on here that it no longer includes ABS or traction control. What's up?

Any idea what the prices will be doing for Canadian Mustangs? With the Canadian dollar doing so well against the US one you would think there would be some serious price adjustments in the downward direction.

Especially considering that now I could cross the border and get a Mustang in the states that is similarly equiped for about $3500 - $4000 less than what the dealers are charging here in Vancouver, B.C.

Production does not start until next week.

Ford said that they would not ship any Shelby's until after 6/26 to allow for quality checks.

Okay, Thanks for the info Ed. I actually saw a Torch Red Stang the other day with white stripes and what looked like Shelby wheels, but I was about 100 yards away and just wasn't positive on whether it was a Shelby or a clone.....

I agree, but Ford has pulled many stupid moves for cost cutting.

It looks like the Pony pkg. doesn't have ABS or V8 sway bars.
