How many people have gotten their orders filled or schedualed to be built from those people who worked with Teri from mossy. I know there are a lot on this board. I'm just curious.

 

I haven't heard anything but that really isn't a big deal since Teri said I won't get it till November sometime.

Unbridled is the first on the list that we know about so I think once he hears something then we know ours can't be too far behind.

I got mine, but I was just lucky.

 

I'm still C/U also, going on 12 weeks now, like most of you. If you look over on BON, there are orders that are pulling into production in less than a month after ordering. Something just seems wrong here, surely by now some orders should have pulled??? It probably doesn't help that most of us have ordered almost the exact same options as each other. If there's a commodity hold on one or more of those items, then it really puts a squeeze on their/our deliveries. One week its Auto Theft, then spoiler delete, then side airbags, then IUP (I'm just making these up) the stars just have to align just right...Switching dealers now probably won't get the car here any faster, so I'll just wait it out. Gives me more time to buy parts and line my garage with them!

Here's hoping for thanksgiving, at least. Turkey Up!

I got my 1st two sold ones in yesterday, 1 a TMS member; have another one shipped for a TMS member plus 4 more scheduled and 1 being pulled tonight.

How do you know one is being pulled tonight? Do most dealers know when orders are going to be serialized/built ahead of time?

 

I'm expecting late November or early December delivery. I havn't even started my new job yet though, so I'm in no hurry.

 

It does seem like someone should be getting pulled by now. I can't really be upset with Teri since she told me up front that my car wouldn't be ready till November, but I would like to hear an explination from her as to why none of use have been pulled.

 

I sort of wish I'd ordered through you now Ed. Waiting is a bear.

My secret was some guy ordered a 2005, got bumped to a 2006, decided that he didn't want it any more and Teri mentioned it in passing. It was everything I wanted on my car, and it was coming in early. The car was delivered a few days later, and I flew down to pick it up. Just lucky timing.

I shot Teri an e-mail asking her to drop in and comment.

 

A week and a half ago I had a TMS member that wanted a GT. I knew we were close on our allocation so I called my regional rep and he said he could not get me one last week but could for this week. So on Wed evening Ford codes the orders that are scheduled to pull on Thursday night. Mine did not line up so I shot him an email. He said there were a few situations in the system and that he would email the scheduler to get my car pulled. Later today the priority was changed by the region to 01 which means it will pull [unless the plant burns down]. A 01 is like God telling someone to schedule a car.

So that is how I know that the GT Vert will pull tonight.

 

Well... that's definately lucky.

 

I'm 21st on Teri's List, but I have one of the only automatics on her list, which will help, but the 64W's are slowing me down. I went from C/U to material hold, so I won't get mine before the holidays. :bang:

I guess everyone who ordered around my date will be the same or very soon.

Yes Ryan...you are a lucky guy-less than a months wait! BUT, remember, that wasn't Ryan's order. that was a unit ordered by someone else that became available. I knew it was something Ryan might be interested in, so I let him know about it & he jumped on it. EVERYTIME I know of a GT coming in that's available & similar to one of my orders I contact that person to give them first shot at getting it. I believe I've made offers like this to everyone here. Most people say "No, I want the GT I ordered". I understand this completely, but I do keep my ears & eyes open for all of you. Now, if anyone here is willing to switch to a silver w/red interior,auto...or a white w/red,man. GT, let me know. Also ,due in today is a white,tan lthr GT auto available. (person ordered just changed their mind to a dark interior) . As for any new "dates", I apologize...I actually took 2 days off in a row, so I won't have any new info til I go in at 2pm this afternoon.Everyone here knows how to reach me directly & is always welcomed to at anytime.
