05 Stock GT to California Special

I have a completely stock 05 GT . . . . I want to get the same "look" as a California Special (18 inch wheels + lower kit) . . . . Has anyone done this recently? What kits did you buy? pictures?

I'm sure someone has done it. The rear emblem may be year specific. I'm not sure all the cars had them. Some neat pictures here- http://www.gtcsregistry.com/.

GT Cal Special (54C):
• Dove or Parchment interior environments
• Black leather seats with unique Cal Special contrasting
Dove or Parchment "GT Leather" inserts
• Unique front fascia
• Unique rear fascia
• Side scoops
• 18" polished aluminum wheel (64W) with bright
machined rim, Z-branded all-season tires
• Unique side stripes
• Rolled bright exhaust tips
• Hood Scoop

I think it's a great look. Personally, I'm thinking about the CS rear valance for mine. Blue Oval Industries and Mr Body Kit both sell CS body panels. I have the side scoops.

Good luck and have fun with it!

FYI
The GT/CS is no lower than a regular Mustang.
The Front Air **** is just larger so it's closer to the ground

I did the front and rear bumpers on mine:

LMR has them on their site:

My local Ford dealer actually stocked the kits. Make sure you get the kit if you go this route because if you order it through the parts department they just get the bumper and it doesn't come with all the hardware.
