Awesome video...nothing like art in motion!! Yeah, I wouldn't call TechTV the best source of information about a hot new car...maybe a hot new motherboard or CPU but not a pony car...still they got to drive it and we haven't!!!

The 05 and the LS1 weight almost the same:
3554 lbs for a 35th Anniversary 2002 SS
3411 lbs for a regular 2002 SS
New mustang is about 3450lbs.
The LS1's are almost exactly Mach 1 fast. Info from LS1.com says most will run 13.5-13.7sec in the 1/4 mile with fastest times being about 13.0sec.
