hazz2me, to me it's a good sign that the new Stang has tempted you to buy one, considering you said you are not a car type guy. Let ppl know that there are lots of us who are really excited about what you build, and that we are literally counting the days till we see your fine work on the dealers lots. Build em well ! Welcome to the forum B)

Hey yea. I'm local to you. I live in Wyandotte, which is about 15 mins North of the plant.
My buddy Eddie used to put in the drivers side windows at Dearborn Assembly. He's now working on the new F 150's.
Nice to see another local here

If you are 15 miles from the plant, how about driving by now and then to see what is coming out the back door... or if you see mustang inventory in the lots ...

Very cool!
I would have loved to be able to bend the ear of a guy that had been on the line when my fastback was made. (If I had been alive, that is). Welcome, and keep us posted.

Besides... you can't really see too much into the plant.
There's a hotel just across the street from it... why don't you book a place.

Hazz2me, welcome and thanks for joining. You are very valuable to us. We get a lot of mixed reports. It is great to know we have someone here to clear things up. Are some of those vehicles already assigned to customer orders and do the customers with VINs really have real VINs.
