05 Mustang back from paint shop
I have Redfire 05 as well... I love her... I am going to have to do the same with my mirrors that looks amazing! Might I ask what the pricing was for that? Also 1 other question... Does your paint look somewhat rough all around the car? I am kinda worried my whole car might be orange peeled...

Looks awesome!
I don't think it would look as good on brighter colors though. Torch red, yellow, white etc.. would just make those big mirrors stand out even more. I don't think I'll paint mine.
I could be wrong it might look nice on torch too?

That looks absolutely great
Can I ask how much it cost's. Also, can I assume the shop did use Ford supplied paint? Since mine also is redfire, I think I will get it done. Thanks for the pics.

This is one thing I really want to do, just have no idea how to find a really GOOD body shop to have it done. Would hate to take it some place and have them come out with debris in the paint or have them chip or flake. Would look worse than just dull texured black plastic.
I'm in N. Orange county if anyone has any recommendations

You should expect to pay around $200.00, the mirror's will have to be sanded to remove the texture. As for orange peel, you have to look at an angle on side panels. It is very light, you have to look hard. This is probably one of the best paint jobs I have seen from the factory on any new car I have ever purchased.
