Do you guys remember if ford was offering a special 05 gt lease until the cobra comes out for all the people that are set on waiting for the cobra.It was about 3 months ago i read something about this offer.

its the SVT power lease. you can lease an 04 SVT cobra or Lightining until the respective models come out. its a 24 month lease on the lightning and a 30 month lease on the cobra. around $495 bucks a month. now since SVT is offering some rebabtes it should a bit lower.

why not just get a cheaper car and save more money so you can maybe buy the Cobra?

i can probably think of 390 reasons why the SVT power lease might be nice! but the 05 would be great. would just buy an 05 outright tho

Yeah your right, I'm just gonna buy one!! O.K Here is another question. Say we all buy the new mustang . How much will the new mustang hold it's value upon trade in for the cobra coming out fall of next year.Let's say we put 12000 miles on it and we got every option costing $26,500.Do you think $20000 is a fair guess??

Around 25% will probably be correct. so, yep, maybe $20k after year 1

Is it too late to do the SVT PowerLease? I was looking on SVT's website and it looks like it ended June 30th. I wonder if we can still do that lease option. It sounds pretty tempting!!!
