My french teachers husband wanted a 05 vetr and went to order and the dealer said it was a 5k dollar option, so he ordered the coupe, i was wondering if that was a wicked mark up or ford actually charges that much?

 

Use Edmunds for break downs in price. You should always know both the invoice and MSRP for the base model plus for each option. Always do the research. Anyway this is the way it looks:

Most of us aren't paying MSRP. so I'd split the difference and say a $4200 difference

Note: this is the difference on the GT Premium base, you can do the research on the GT Deluxe and V6 Deluxe and Premium bases. and BTW, the vert is NOT an "option" the verts are their own models.
