Use Sta-bil in the tank. Remove the battery and store it in dry place, off the floor. I don't jack my car up of the floor, but i do make sure the pressure is correct before I park it.

In the spring, I pull the coil wire and crank it over a few times before I actually start it.

I suppose there are a lot of different ideas out there. Some people jack their cars up and take the wheels off. I've heard of some people jacking them up, just enough to take the weight off of the shocks. Are you storing it in a garage [heated] , or barn? by itself, or with other cars? Can you get at it to start it up over the winter? This year, I'm going to store the wife 04 Stang, with a good quality cover,

I'll drive it in my garage, cover it, and probably start it a few times over the winter just to [run the oil through it]

I've also heard to put a few boards, or plywood down over your cement floor. It is suppose to keep the dampness down, and away from your frame, even if your building is unheated.
Main thing here in Canada, is the amount of salt that they put on the roads.

That will put HE---DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS, ON YOUR CAR!

thats my .04 worth!

If you can't put the car up on jackstands, overinflating the tires will reduce the chance that the tires will be flat-spotted. Just remember to air them back down in the spring.

Best bet is to take the tires OFF. I have heard this keeps them in the best shape and avoids overall problems... better yet, don't store -- drive the car 2-3 times a week a few blocks like this one Corvette guy does in my neighborhood -- avoids the storage hassles.
